Beating lockdown.


Hi there,
are you still thinking how would you survive this lockdown at home? How would each day end without making you mad between walls? below suggestions might help you to do just that.

Fun:
·      Watch comedy stand ups, web series , movies (Netflix, Amazon prime, MXPlayer TV, hotstar, Zee5...so many apps! Most of them free or shared accounts ;))
·      Watch some old cartoon or re-watch your favourite movies.
·      Listen to your favourite Music.
·      Use apps like AmpMe to start online music party.
·      Host an online open mic or connect online with people online to discuss specific topics.
 Games:
·     Play some online games such as Ludo, chess (and many other mobile / PC games available which you can play with your friends remotely)
·     Play some board games or any puzzle games.
 Build relationships:
·      video / audio call your friends and relatives…trust me, they would also be wanting this and would be happy to connect.
·      Spend time with your family, listen and share stories, experiences, morals, takeaways.
 Hobbies:
 Have you been complaining lately that your daily busy life is keeping you away from your hobbies?   Well, now is the time!

·      Play a music instrument:
It can be playing be real music instruments or simulator apps are available if you don’t have instruments,
drawing, cooking
·      Read:
Read a book or ebook....Fictional, non-fictional, motivational whatever you like or you can start reading on Quora. (AudioBooks or podcasts are the alternatives if you don’t want to read)
·      Write:
Start writing a book
Blogging ( :D )
Answers on Quora
Poems
Ariticles / Listicles
·      Start your own Audio / Video Podcast.
·      Dancing / Singing / Drawing / Cooking (with available resources).
 Learn:
·      Sign up to learn a new language
·      watch tutorial or courses on coursera, youtube, udemy, edx etc.
·      Prepare for certifications
·      Video editing, social media marketing, communication skills, how stuff works?
·      Typing
·      Coding
·      DIY crafts
·      About useful productivity apps(did you know Trello is one the great apps to organize your stuff?) or excel etc. 
·      Basics of information security and protect your information available online (Hey, have you made your date of birth / phone number public on social media? When did you your change your banking passwords last time? Have your enabled two factor authentication for sensitive websites? If not just do it, it can help you protecting your digital assets)
 Fitness and wellbeing:
·      Exercise
·      Yoga
·      Meditation
·      Enough sleep

·      Spend some time in your personal care

 Work out on your financials:
·      Analyse your past expenses be it your bills, credit card statements, bank statements and make a good   saving plan.
·      Learn about best investment options
·      Start maintaining tracker (apps can help you here also).
 Organize:
·      Clean and organize your cupboards, desks, drawers, papers.
·      Organize your digital data like Photos, videos, documents from different devices.
·      Sort out your priorities.
 Raise awareness about COVID-19:
 Basic protective measures against the new coronavirus

·      Wash your hands frequently

·      Maintain social distancing

·      Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth

·      Practice respiratory hygiene

·      If you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical care early

·      Stay informed and follow advice given by your healthcare provider
